Ordering Online
If you would like to purchase a single item simply click on the ‘BUY NOW’ links that corresponds with your chosen shipping method and you will be taken to a secure server. You will then click on the link ‘save and checkout’ and you will be asked for your payment details. If you make a mistake it is possible to alter the quantity to 0 on this page and then select ‘save changes’ to delete the item from your shopping basket.

You can select ‘continue shopping’ to return to the Tomahawk web site with a view to selecting more products. If however you decide that you just want a single product after all you can select one of the ‘Check Out’ buttons at any time to return to the secure payment area.

Note: the first shipping option for each product (‘UK – free delivery’) is available to UK residents only. If you reside anywhere other than the UK, please select either the Airmail International shipping option.

Returns Policy
To return a faulty DVD or book please e-mail FIRST to [email protected]. Only AFTER you have received a reply to your e-mail, THEN place the originally e-mailed invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Use a bubble-wrap envelope or other good packaging.)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. We will replace faulty DVDs or books with the same title or refund back to a credit card if the title is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods

Refunds
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange products unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly.

Examining
We examine every single return, if a returned DVD or book is found not to be faulty we will return them with a postage charge. For DVDs we advise you to check the disc on a second make and model of machine before returning. We cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been modified to disable regional encoding or if you fail to note the DVD type that is noted on the site at the time of purchase (NTSC).
